Successful Stock Traders and Why They Are Winners

In the world of trading, whether its stocks, commodities or forex, there are a few real winners and they win consistently.

Few know their names and fewer know their game and rules, however its the rules that separate them from the losers.

Most great traders did not start off that way, a few did start with a pretty good start and just had to re-adjust a few things like Warren Buffet did, but the others they became good by learning what works and what does not and not giving up but learning by their mistakes.

Here is a list of some Great Traders...

Michael Marcus- $ 30,000 into 80 million

Tom baldwin-$25,000 into over 2 billion

Paul Tudor Jones -Triple digits 5 years in a row

Ed Saykota -$ 250,000 into $200 million

Richard Dennis-$ 2,000 into $ 200,000

Nicholas darvis -$10,000 into $ 2 million 18 months

William O`neil- I.B.D. Investors Business daily - millions

Gary Smith started with $2,200 and turned it into an annual profits of $ 190,000

Gil Morales in 1999 had a one year return of 971 % then by 2004 in a bear market had returns of 2000 %, now he is chief portfolia manager for sierra capitol

Ced Moses in 1991 won the championship with a 379% return and started a hedge fund and became known on the Nelson`s list-as one of the best money managers

Some of them were, and some are still great successful stock traders.

Well all of them are not gamblers but have found some trading principles to trade by, yes a set of rules and not by crossing your fingers and hoping, more of principles rather than methods

Are you interested in understanding what they do, many of them are Momentum traders, that is catching the really Big stock moves for big gains rather then small daily moves however all of them trade by a set of rules that they found to work for them and that is the most important part that separates them from the losers.

Can you imagine that so many come to the market with so little training.

Show me one field that you can learn a trade without being trained, a doctor? a lawyer? a plumber? a dancer? and if you want to be really good do you not need to be trained by the best?

How did the best heart doctor get that way? Yet so many come to the stock market because they can open an account in a minute and push a few buttons fast and if they get lucky they think, is that not the gamblers mind set?

They give the financial markets a bad name but they do pay for it so I Quess its ok, LOL

Well I hope I laid a little of the ground work for what it takes to be a great trader and it is education, now it is also the most educational thing you could do for yourself in life, to change your financial situation and free yourself of 9/5 Even 30 minutes a day of reading and learning in a years time can make the difference of being a winner to a loser and with all the free software nowadays.

You can open a demo account and practice till perfect for a year or so if need be, but of course the training and education is what is needed to succeed and there are No shortcuts! Learn from the best.

Methods are many but principles are few, come explore the difference
